Job Description

  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Reclamation Code
  • Promote a safety-first culture
  • Provide technical support to Mill Operations for dam integrity and tailings deposition
  • Lead multidisciplinary projects for TSF construction
  • Liaise with Engineer of Record and management teams
  • Review technical proposals, designs and reports
  • Monitor data for compliance with deposition plans
  • Maintain and update TSF manuals
  • Manage geotechnical investigations and laboratory testing
  • Oversee contractors and external resources
  • Provide operational support, quality control and risk management
  • Handle budgeting, forecasting and cost tracking
